For United State customers:

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification email when your order has shipped.

Shipping Charges:

• $2.99 for orders under $49 using First Class Shipping
• $8.49 for orders under $100 using Priority Shipping
• Free First Class Shipping over $49 and Free Priority Shipping over $100

For all other international customers customers:

All orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification email when your order has shipped. 

• Shipping fee is $20 to most areas and $30 to more remote areas
• Free shipping for orders over $250

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Crossing Media Inc. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. The duties and taxes will be charged when you check out on Shopify.
